主要研究领域:     

以马铃薯、拟南芥为主要实验材料,运用分子生物学、多组学、系统生物学等方法,解析与环境具有密切相互作用的复杂表型,特别是与线粒体密切相关的抗逆、衰老和发育等相关表型。前期研究工作第一次揭示了线粒体未折叠蛋白反应 (mitochondrial unfolded protein response, UPRmt) 调节植物细胞适应线粒体逆境的过程及调节机制。

目前实验室综合应用系统生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学等手段研究线粒体与细胞核及其他细胞器互作机制,重点关注以下几个主要方向:

 (1) 植物发育及逆境中的线粒体逆向信号

 (2) 线粒体来源信号调节个体与细胞衰老的机制

 (3) 系统生物学在植物线粒体和细胞代谢研究中的应用
