个人简介:

博士、 研究员、博士生导师,十三五重点研发项目首席科学家、中国茶叶流通学会专家委员会委员、中国茶叶学会深加工专业委员会委员、浙江省茶跨界开发综合利用重点实验室学术委员、上海市茶叶协会专家委员会主任、上海市食品安全风险评估专家委员会委员、中国农产品加工与贮藏分会常务理事、上海市食品添加剂和配料行业协会秘书长。

2004年江南大学食品科学博士毕业,长期从事茶和食品安全与健康方面的研究和开发工作,主持国家十三五重点研究计划项目、国家863计划项目、上海市重大重点项目20多项。以第一作者和通讯作者在J Agri Food Chem等杂志发表SCI论文40多篇,出版书籍6本,制定国家食品安全标准6项。

“茶源多糖开发关键技术及产品应用”2016年获上海市科技进步一等奖(排名第1),2018年获“全国茶叶优秀科技工作者”称号,2018年入选“江苏省创新创业高层次人才计划”。
